the way we deliver

Project economics are dependent on good project execution. We apply a stage-gate model to minimise time and money at risk. We focus on what's important to deliver services on time and on budget.

1 scope definition

We quantify how charging demand will evolve over time and develop an infrastructure deployment plan to address demand most efficiently ensuring the lowest total cost of ownership for the duration of our mandate.

2 commercial contracting

We agree on a project delivery model and agree terms allocating risk and reward in a transparent manner. The 1st phase of our infrastructure deployment plan is readied for installation and technical modification works to start.

3 project execution

Upon signing of our service agreement and approval of our infrastructure deployment plan, all necessary installation and technical modification works are initiated. Customers are informed when services will commence.

4 start of service

Services commence when the charging infrastructure is fully commissioned. We will operate, maintain and expand the infrastructure in accordance with agreed terms for the duration of our mandate. Transactions are settled on a monthly basis.
